• We are busy bees while the office is closed, please respect our office times when dropping off and picking up. We are open 7 days a week. Office hours are strictly as follows:

    8am – 10am

    3pm – 5pm

    We do not allow for pick-ups or drop-offs outside of our office hours.

  • Updated vaccination certificates are required to secure your booking.

    Age Requirements: Puppies must be 16 weeks of age or older and must have complete C5 injections (+ a 2 week immunisation period after final injection).

    Required Vaccinations (administered by a veterinarian):
    DOGS:
     All dogs must be covered by a current C5 vaccination (C3 + Kennel Cough). If your dog is overdue, this will need to be done 14 days prior to boarding. We require a copy of the certificate to be sent to us before your dog’s stay to check the details. You do not have a booking if we haven’t received a copy of the vaccination certificate.

    Required Medications:
    DOGS:
     Current tick and flea treatment, all-wormer treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure your dog is fully wormed and has flea and tick prevention in place. 

    Fetch Pet Resort employees are thoroughly trained to administer medications topically and orally. Unfortunately, we do not accept insulin-dependent pets (or medications requiring injection).

    Please present all prescription medications in the original medication bottle with veterinary instructions attached.

    Post Surgery Guests: To reduce the risk of complications post-surgery, Fetch Pet Resort will not accept any pet with non-dissolvable staples or stitches. Any pets with dissolvable stitches must be at least 2 weeks post-operation.

  • For the safety of your pet and other guests at Fetch Pet Resort, we do not accept:
    - Females in heat
    - Pets that have been coughing within the last week
    - Pets that have open wounds or stitches
    - Pets that are recovering from surgery
    - Pets that have contagious diseases
    - Pets who are people or animal aggressive.

    Your dog must be dog and people friendly. That means they have never shown previous aggression to another dog or a person and are well socialised. We don’t provide training in socialisation, your dog must already be social and happy to interact with other dogs. We specialise in having a social environment and expect you to be honest about your dog’s behaviour so that we can all have a safe, fun time!

    We do not accommodate non-desexed (entire) male dogs over 1 year old.

  • If your dog has never boarded with us before, we may ask you to come for an initial assessment in the form of a daycare session or a free tour. It’s important that your dog responds well to us, is great with the other dogs and most importantly, enjoys the environment! We will always be honest with you about what is best for your dog, we want them to love being here!

    You are welcome to tour our facility. An appointment is required to tour the resort, and tours will only be available during the advertised office hours. If you are planning on bringing your dog along, we’ll need you to send a copy of their vaccination certificate before arrival. We don’t provide tours of the facility on drop off day.

  • Christmas, Easter and other school holidays are the busiest time of year for all Pet Resorts. We have a minimum 7 day stay requirement for these peak periods and an additional 10% peak period loading will be applied to your total bill.

    Peak Periods in 2024:
    - 28 September to 13 October
    - 21 December to 30 January 2025.

    Peak Periods in 2025:
    - Up until 30 January
    - 12 to 27 April
    - 9 June (Public Holiday)
    - 5 to 20 July
    - 27 September to 12 October
    - 20 December to 26 January 2026.

  • If your dogs prefer to share a room, we allow up to 3 dogs (depending on size) from the same household to share, with the second/third dog receiving a discounted rate of $45 each per day.

    For stays longer than 20 days, we offer a 5% discount off the total price.

  • Med/Large dogs: Up to 2 same family dogs may stay together in one room (see Discounts).

    Small dogs: Please get in touch to discuss how many of your dogs you wish to board together.

    We do not mix dogs in a room with other boarding guests, each individual/family have their own room. This ensures safety, relaxation and comfort in the rooms over night.

  • Yes! Our rooms are all interior and the whole facility is air-conditioned/climate controlled. Your pups will be lovely and cool in-between their play sessions, and nice and warm over Winter!

    We also fill our splash pool and have heaps of shade under our big fig-tree to keep them cool when outdoors too!

  • You’re welcome to supply your own food to maintain your pet's normal diet. This may help those with sensitive stomachs. However, we do provide a delicious, healthy high-quality kibble (Hypro Premium Ocean Fish Grain-free) and Prime100 Chicken/Beef meat roll included in their boarding rate. We find the majority of our guests transition very well to this diet.

    You may bring dry chew treats for your dog during their stay, but please don’t bring raw bones for hygiene reasons.

    We provide all guests with premium bedding, blankets and toys, but you can bring along a favourite toy or blanket from home, it’s great to help ease them in and comfort them.

  • We’re all about showing every dog a great time! That means everything is included in the price, we don’t charge for ‘extras’!

    Our day starts early as your dog wakes up in their private and spacious indoor room (air-conditioned on hot days) to a healthy breakfast before going out for a big play session with carefully matched dogs, according to age, size and temperament. We are very selective about which dogs we match and take plenty of care to introduce them gradually and assess their behavioural cues at all times to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone!

    Dogs receive lots of outdoor time here; playing, splashing in the pool, relaxing in the shade or going on Fetch Forest walks! Your dog will be very active during their stay with us and it is not uncommon for pets to sleep more than normal after their stay at Fetch Pet Resort as they recuperate from all that fun. There will be rest sessions throughout the day though to catch up on some zzz’s, and we take it at a slower pace with the oldies of course! With only 16 rooms at Fetch, each dog gets heaps of attention from us. We get to know their favourite activities, whether they like to chase ball or lay in the shade, and ‘the right spot’ to scratch.

    A delicious dinner will be served in their room, followed by one last pre-bed outing. Later, soft music will soothe them off to sleep.

    All of our guests receive food, treats, air-con, interior rooms, unlimited playtime/walks, cuddles and stimulation included in their boarding as well as a bath before going home (if staying 6 days +). They will return to you tired, relaxed and content!

    We know it can sometimes be stressful leaving your dog behind, we’re loving fur-parents too so we totally get it! We ensure that you receive regular comforting updates via our Facebook and Instagram pages, in the form of beautiful photos and videos, so you can enjoy seeing your happy dog having lots of fun during their stay! Updates are usually every 2-3 days on social media.

  • All bookings are to be paid upfront - we require payment before your pet arrives here.

    You will be sent a payment link to complete payment after you submit a booking request. Please pay within 24 hours of receiving this link to secure your booking. Your booking is NOT confirmed until payment has been made and proof of vaccination supplied.

    If your plans have changed, we ask that you please send us a courtesy email so we can allow availability for another guest.

    REFUNDS
    Fetch Pet Resort requires payment in full to secure the booking for your pet.

    Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. The remainder of your balance will be refunded back to you.

    Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. The remainder of your balance will be refunded back to you.

    No Refunds are given for no-show bookings.

    No Refunds are given for early departures.

    Any Refunds offered contrary to the above or use of Discount Vouchers and Special Offers are strictly at Management’s discretion and we reserve the Right to Refuse where it is deemed necessary.

    Peak Period Refund Policy
    For bookings that fall within our Peak Periods (see above for dates), we require notice of cancellation 3 weeks prior to the start of your booking in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
