I release and indemnify Fetch Pet Resort Pty Ltd (including the proprietors and their servants and agents) against all responsibility for the loss, injury, sickness or death of pet(s) staying at Fetch Pet Resort, howsoever caused, including by any negligent act or omission or breach of duty by Fetch Pet Resort or any other person, and that the pet(s) are boarded entirely at my own risk.
I agree that Fetch Pet Resort bears no responsibility for any collars, leads, containers or other articles left with Fetch Pet Resort.
I acknowledge that it is Fetch Pet Resort's policy to allow dogs to play in exercise areas along with other behaviorally compatible dogs.
I agree that I shall pay all charges for the period of lodgement of pet(s) with Fetch Pet Resort in full, prior to or on the date of admittance of the pet(s), and any extra costs incurred on the collection of the pet(s). Payments are to be made by cash, Eftpos or online payment only.
I authorise Fetch Pet Resort to obtain veterinary attention for any pet(s), including any treatment deemed necessary, at the discretion of Fetch Pet Resort and agree to pay all vet costs on collection of the pet(s).
I understand that I am not entitled to remove the pet(s) from Fetch Pet Resort until all monies have been paid in full.
I understand that upon cancellation of a booking, payment reflecting the Cancellation Policy of Fetch Pet Resort will be deducted from the total paid amount and that no refund shall be given if pets are collected early.
If the pet is not collected within 14 days of the arranged pick-up date or if at any time payment is outstanding for 14 days, I authorise the disposal of the pet(s) in any manner determined by Fetch Pet Resort and hold Fetch Pet Resort harmless, therefore.
Fetch Pet Resort can refuse the right of entry of any animals showing signs of illness/injury, or is a threat to any person or animal at Fetch Pet Resort, or displays anti-social behaviour.
I agree that my pet(s) may be photographed/videoed during their stay at Fetch Pet Resort, and this media may be used for advertising purposes and displayed on social media.
I understand that these conditions shall apply each time pet(s) are admitted to the care of Fetch Pet Resort.
I warrant that I am the owner of the pet(s), or authorised person by the owner, to enter this agreement.
I acknowledge I have read and understood all of the above and am entitled to a copy now or whenever required.
